Villa Bassi
Fully renovated stone house, built in 1911th year and renovated in 2011th year. Located in the small Istrian village Bašići, 16 km from Poreč and sea and 2 km from shops and restaurants. The house consists of 2 parts: the house and the tavern.
On the ground floor therea are living room with kitchen and toilet, and upstairs there are 2 bedrooms and bathroom.
In front of the house there are terrace, large grill for barbecuing, swimming pool and small garden with flowers and grass with automatic irrigation system, and the tavern with a fully equipped kitchen, table for 8 people and a fireplace. The house is fully equipped for comfortable living, you need only your personal belongings for perfect vacation.

Thank you so much for letting us share Villa Bassi with you. It's a property full of character and we both fell in love with it. We spent many a happy evening in the separate dining room, playing cards and listening to the radio. It's such a well-equipped villa that we were spoilt; we certainly made good use of the BBQ.We had memorable days out in Pula, Rovinj and Groznjan.
Thank you for the Maraskino, Pelinkovac and figs. They were all consumed with great delight. After saying a sad farewell to the villa on Saturday morning we had a lazy drive along the coast and then up to Plitvice, stopping at the bear sanctuary in the hills.
We have a couple of days walking around the lakes and then back off to the UK. Thank you once again for making our stay in Croatia very special.

Ein wirklich sehr hübsches kleines Haus mit super Ausstattung. Der Pool trotz der heißen Temparaturen wunderbar erfrischend. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie hier auf jeden Fall. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, alles total unkompliziert, und sie haben uns gleich den ortsansässigen Weinbauern vorgestellt, bei dem wir dann unseren Wein gekauft haben.

Wir sind gut nach Hause gekommen.
Wir haben uns SEHR wohlgefühlt in eurem schönen Haus und haben einen super Urlaub gehabt. Sie sind die besten Vermieter die wir je gehabt haben. Wenn wir nächstes Jahr wieder in Istrien Urlaub machen sollten werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder zu euch kommen. Uns hat es echt gut gefallen.
Mein Vater hat sich übrigens sehr über den Grappa gefreut und auch schon probiert, er schmeckt ihm sehr gut.
